Business Training

Hosted at our offices on the 2nd Floor at 705 South Atherton Street, State College, PA 16801

2022 SEMINARS
Due to COVID-19, in-person meetups are postponed until further notice.

Business training in subjects related to business expansion are delivered through fun, dynamic, and enriching monthly seminars.

The format of which include traditional top-down lectures, interactive activities, and a combination of the two.

Women entrepreneurs from State College, PA and neighboring communities are encouraged to attend.

Goal

For each women entrepreneur to come out with a new perspective on a business topic or a new tool or tactic to apply to their business at the end of each seminar.

Objective

Help women entrepreneurs develop a strong framework to guide strategic-level thinking.

Programme Tracks

Business Strategy Sessions
A series of meetings to help participants: 1) explore and model what their business strategy is; 2) receive strategic business planning advice; and 3) devise a road-map for strategy execution.
On-Site Assessments
Scheduled visits to participant's business are made to assess their business operation, provide recommendations for areas that require further improvement, followed up with monthly meets over a short period to advise on the recommendations we provide.
Strategy & On-Site Assessments
Combines one-on-one business strategy meetings with on-site assessments and recommendations. Followed up by monthly meets, over a short period of time, to advise participants as they implement our recommendations.
