Who We Are
The Women Economic Empowerment Programme (WEEP) is a socioeconomic programme enabling growth-oriented women entrepreneurs, between the ages of 18 to 50, expand their business to new frontiers.
Supported by a web of resources that include: expert business advice; business solutions; training and programme tracks all delivered through an evolving platform.
Spending a few years living abroad our company founder, Sammy B. Khayat, explains what lead him to establish WEEP.

Philosophy

Resources
Capacity Building
Training in general business topics including international business will be delivered through seminars with the overall aim of helping women entrepreneurs develop a strong framework to guide strategic-level planning.
Expert Business Advice
Expert business advice is provided through our capacity building efforts and our programme tracks.
Programme Tracks
Personalized assistance is delivered over a short period of time to qualified women-owned businesses through our programme tracks. That offer a blend of: one-on-one business strategy sessions; on-site business operation assessments and recommendations; as well as monthly advising sessions in support of the recommendations we provide.
Business Solutions
The business solutions offered through WEEP come in two flavors: 1) solutions extended by our parent company and related divisions (e.g., the custom website solution Essentials) and 2) those exclusively designed for WEEP (e.g., the programme tracks).
As WEEP evolves to address the changing business environment and needs of women entrepreneurs. New solutions will be introduced in order to ensure women entrepreneurs are properly supported in their efforts to expand their business.
